Where do I start?
The step is to register on the website by clicking here. At the same time, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the website and available work and projects. Then you need to update your personal profile from the dashboard so that you can start sending proposals and bid on listed projects that are matching your skills.
What are the available projects or work opportunities?
The projects are added all the time and you may find new one every time you visit or refresh the website. From the home page, the latest projects and work opportunities are listed. You can find more, by clicking on the “Show More” Button.
You can also search for projects, by clicking on the “Search => Projects” from the upper menu. You should be able to search for open projects by category and skills to find projects that matches your skills.
How can start engaging with Employers and Project Owners?
Once registered, you need to find a project that matches your skills. Then, you can click on the “Send Proposal” next to each available project that you are interested in. The project owner will send you a message through the messaging option on the website or award the project to you if you were accepted.
What are the steps to find work or projects?
Simple. Check the latest projects on the home page or search for projects from the search options that is available on the upper menu on the website. By clicking “Send Proposal”, you would be starting to find work.
How do I update my skills and why?
To update your skills, please go to the “Dashboard” from the upper menu and then select “My Profile”. Go to “Skills” Section and under each “Category”, you can select one or more skill that you want.
How do I know that there are new work opportunities on website?
There are multiple ways to know the newly posted projects.
- On the home page, the system list the latest projects

The system will send you an email to inform you of new projects that matches your skills that you have added to your personal profile.

You can search for projects as there may be some projects that you are interested in, but you did not add the relevant skills to your profile.
How do I know if a project was awarded to me?
You will receive an email once a project was awarded to you. You can also check from the Dashboard. Click on “Freelancer Work” and then select “Current Work”.
How do I communicate with the project owner?
The website offers a messaging board for communication between the Project Owners ad the Service Providers. The Project Owner can initiate the communication in relation to the project and a chat will start to exchange details and discuss.
What price should I quote for a project or wok?
The project owner sets an indicative range of the price that he is welling to pay for the project. Even though you can set any price within the specified range or even higher, please make sure it compensate you for the effort and is reasonable to be accepted by the project owner.
When do I start working on a project?
Once you receive the notification of an awarded project, you can start directly once you have gathered all clear requirements. We also recommend to make sure that the project owner has initiated a mile stone (payment) as per your quoted price for the project.
How do I get paid?
Once a project owner release your payments, you can visit “My Wallet” at the “Dashboard” and request for the withdrawal. You need to update your withdrawal details by entering the Bank IBAN number. The Wallet will show you the total balance and you can either withdraw it all or part of it.
What is the portfolio?
It is an exhibit that enables you to list your previous work with project details and images. It help employers and project owners to know more about your skills and build more credibility for your profile.
